A licensed Kamen Rider title, the long-running tokusatsu franchise of masked superheroes, gathering protagonists from different generations of the series into a single action game, betting on the "everyone against everyone" factor typical of anniversary crossovers.
It only released in Japan and is built strictly for the audience that has followed the franchise for decades; without that prior knowledge, the game loses much of its appeal. It's one more piece of the huge tokusatsu-license catalog that never crossed the ocean.
