It's the second entry in an action spin-off that brings together Kamen Riders from multiple series — from the classics of the 70s to more recent incarnations of the tokusatsu franchise — into a single playable roster, with combat and progression built for fans who want to see their favorite heroes share the screen.
Like almost the entire Kamen Rider franchise, it never left Japan, so its reach stayed limited to the local fan base. It remains a fan-service feast for anyone into tokusatsu, though it requires knowing the prior mythology to fully enjoy it.
