An adaptation of Don Bluth's legendary laserdisc game: heroic Ace must rescue Kimberly from the villainous Borf, dodging dangers in split-second reflex sequences. Translating film animation onto a cartridge demanded reinventing it as a demanding platformer, and the transition hurt. What remains is the look: few SNES games feel this much like a cartoon.
