Friga arrives on a Series 3 card, e-Reader format. Animal Crossing's penguins carried frost-themed names and varied attitudes, and she's no exception. The card encodes her for the Game Boy Advance's optical reader. Today she's valued as a physical piece of a catalog almost nobody completed: hundreds of cards, a fuzzy release region, zero reissues.
