The twelfth card in Domo-kun's e-Reader B series, the mascot creature of NHK. It was activated by scanning with the e-Reader peripheral connected to the console. It's preserved as an archival piece of a Japan-exclusive collectible format, treated as such without inventing the data that only the original scan allowed one to discover.
