Bloody Roar: Extreme is the GameCube version of Bloody Roar 3, developed by Eighting and published by Konami in Japan, with the mechanic that has defined the saga since its arcade origins: characters who can transform at will into beast forms -wolves, tigers, bats- that completely change their moveset mid-fight. It's one of the most distinctive fighting sagas of the late 90s and early 2000s, with a visual hook that set it apart from Tekken or Virtua Fighter: this GameCube edition remained a rarity almost exclusive to the Japanese market.
