Action Fighter is a 1986 Sega arcade game on the System 16 board that has the player cycling through different vehicles — motorcycle, car, speedboat — on top-down action missions, combining shooting and dodging against traffic and on-screen enemies. This version corresponds to the set using the FD1089A encryption chip (code 317-0018), one of the protection variants Sega used on boards of the era.
