Dinolympics arrived in 1992, developed by Imagitec Design and published by Atari Corporation: a collection of sports minigames contested by anthropomorphic dinosaurs, in the line of the multi-event competitions that abounded around the time of the winter and summer Olympic Games, but with a comic prehistoric twist. It could be played solo against the machine or by linking several units by cable. It's a typical representative of the light, family-friendly catalog Atari cultivated for the Lynx, designed more for short games among friends than for a serious high-score chase.
