Party Mix is the collection of five minigames —Bop a Buggy, Tug of War, Wizard's Keep, Down on the Line, and Handcar— that Starpath Corporation published in 1983 for its Supercharger module, the accessory that let the Atari 2600 load games from common audio cassettes instead of cartridges, with far more memory available than the original hardware. Each minigame offers a different, brief mechanic, designed for quick group play.
Starpath was one of the most inventive companies of the Atari 2600's third-party era, capable of squeezing resources out of the Supercharger that no conventional cartridge could match. Party Mix is a good example of that philosophy: variety and technical ambition in a format explicitly designed for playing together.
