The first entry in the series on Game Boy, published by Acclaim under an MLB license. It offers quick matches, a season mode, and that year's rosters, with a technical package limited by the monochrome hardware. Less complete than its Game Boy Color successors, but it laid the groundwork for a handheld franchise Acclaim kept alive until the console's final days.
