Hornsby arrives on a Series 3 card, ready for the e-Reader's sensor. The accessory plugged into the Game Boy Advance, the Advance into the GameCube, and only then would the village listen. Three pieces of hardware just to move in one neighbor. No one would design that today, and that's exactly why the system remains an endearing rarity.
