Octavian is an octopus, grumpy and Roman-named, one of the few cephalopods who inhabited the village. That odd design made him a cult favorite. His Series 4 card codes him for the e-Reader. One of the most requested neighbors in the final series, which is already the scarcest in the Animal Crossing-e system. Double difficulty for the collector.
