04-E16, a physical Japanese card that the e-Reader translated into data for GameCube's Doubutsu no Mori. It was read with the e-Reader peripheral connected to the Game Boy Advance, which transmitted the data to the GameCube via link cable. It's preserved today as an archival piece; without the actual scan, one cannot state exactly what content it unlocked.
