After Burner II adapts Sega's classic arcade game about aerial combat aboard an F-14 fighter, with impossible acrobatics and constant waves of enemies at breakneck speed. The Mega Drive conversion faithfully carried over the dizzying sensation that made the original arcade cabinet famous.
