Konami took Tim Burton's movie and turned it into a side-scrolling beat 'em up: a snowy Gotham, circus-themed thugs, and showdowns against Catwoman and the Penguin. Large sprites and punchy combat compensate for some stiffness. It's the most street-level take on the Bat on the NES.
