Capcom took Rolling Thunder's elegant formula, doors, double-decker floors, trench-coat shootouts, and dressed it up as an eighties thriller in South America: agent Smith rescues hostages and infiltrates cartels level by level. Nimble, good-looking, and carrying that clean polish of golden-era Capcom. It doesn't invent anything, but it executes with a neatness many originals would envy.
