Japanese tactical RPG centered on a lineage of mages and their legacy of inherited spells, judging by its subtitle Majutsu no Keifu. It combines exploration and turn-based combat within the standard mold of late-nineties Japanese role-playing games. It remained Japan-exclusive and is one of the least documented titles in PS1's catalog.
