A Japanese breeding-and-management sim for racehorses, in the Derby Stallion mold: you build your stable, plan matings, train your thoroughbreds and enter them in the big races. It was the series' first outing on a 32-bit console, and it used the jump to add race sequences rendered in 3D.
It came out in Japan in 1995 under Victor, the company that would soon reorganize as Victor Interactive Software. It never got a Western edition: horse-racing management is an institution of Japanese leisure —where following bloodlines and campaigns is a mass pastime— and it barely crosses borders, so the whole series lived inside its home market.
