24-Ji no Kane to Cinderella - Halloween Wedding is a spin-off of the romantic visual novel franchise of the same name, aimed at the Japanese audience that already followed the main series' characters and here finds them in a themed round of weddings and costumes.
Like nearly all the otome catalog that stayed in Japan, today it's material almost exclusive to collectors and series followers: a side chapter rather than an entry point for anyone unfamiliar with the rest of the series.
