Taito revisited its own 1986 formula — moving across fixed platforms trapping enemies in bubbles and popping them — and updated it with power-ups, more elaborate bubble physics, and a graphical twist built for PSP, without losing the original's cooperative spirit. Evolution sought to bridge the nostalgia of players who grew up with the rainbow-colored dinosaurs and the expectations of a later-generation handheld. The result is a solid puzzle-platformer, though debated by purists who prefer the simplicity of the original arcade game.
