The Japanese edition of the game based on The Rocketeer, Disney's movie about a pilot who finds a rocket pack in the 1930s. It mixes aerial racing stages with action sequences that follow the film's plot. The character's retrofuturistic look traveled surprisingly well to the Japanese Super Famicom audience.
