An adaptation of Chester Gould's detective, riding the momentum of the film Warren Beatty directed and starred in in 1990. The Game Boy version has Tracy cleaning up the streets with shots and punches across side-scrolling settings. Pure criminal art deco reduced to four shades of gray, with more character than you'd expect.
