Dance Dance Revolution Extreme brings to PS2 the formula Konami perfected in arcades: stepping on the pad's arrows in time with the music, with a selection of pop, electronic, and J-pop songs made for the North American market. It was one of the saga's central entries during its golden era, when DDR was a mass phenomenon both inside and outside arcades.
More than two decades later, it remains one of the most influential dance games in history; to rediscover it today you still need the peripheral pad, the piece that completes the experience.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
