Batman Part 2 [Bootleg] is, as its own name indicates, a pirate board that borrowed Batman's image without any kind of official license from DC Comics or Warner Bros., a common practice in the Asian cloned-arcade circuit during the eighties and nineties. These reprogrammings usually reused other games' engines and swapped their graphics and names to cash in on a well-known brand's pull.
It shouldn't be credited with any authorship or narrative continuity with the Batman of comics or film: it's, essentially, a curiosity of arcade bootleg culture, interesting to pirate-hardware historians but with no real connection to the franchise it invokes.
