Crusher Makochan is a Japanese action game in which a young protagonist advances through scenarios hitting enemies with a hammer, in a lighthearted visual tone that contrasts with the cartoonish violence of the action. It's representative of a current of action games with cute protagonists that coexisted, in Japanese arcades, with much more serious offerings. It remained a secondary piece in its era's catalog, more remembered within the circle of Japanese rarity collectors than by the general audience of the action genre.
