Elvira: Mistress of the Dark llevó a la reina del horror televisivo a un castillo repleto de horrores auténticos: Horrorsoft firmó en 1990 esta aventura con combates, hechizos que se cocinan juntando ingredientes y muertes ilustradas con un gore que hizo época.
Entre el humor negro de la anfitriona y las mazmorras en serio, el juego encontró un tono único: gótico, macabro y socarrón. De las licencias mejor aprovechadas de su tiempo.
