Intellidiscs is a homebrew adaptation based on Tron: Deadly Discs, the Intellivision game inspired by Disney's 1982 film, brought to the Atari 5200 with its source code available under an open license. The player controls a program that throws energy discs at enemies within an enclosed arena, dodging return fire with quick reflexes. It's a good example of how the current homebrew scene doesn't just create original games but also rescues and translates ideas from other platforms of the same era to systems that never had them.
