Iron Soldier 2 is the sequel to the mech combat simulator developed by Eclipse Software for the Atari Jaguar, published in 1995. It puts the player inside the cockpit of a bipedal combat robot that must complete destruction and defense missions in fully polygonal urban environments.
Expanding the number of missions, enemies, and mech customization options compared to the first Iron Soldier, it's considered one of the technically sturdiest and most ambitious titles in the entire Jaguar catalog.
