Super Huey UH-1X arrived in 1989, developed and published by Atari Corporation itself: the player pilots a military helicopter on rescue and attack missions, managing altitude, speed, and weapons from a cockpit view that sought, within the 8-bit hardware's possibilities, to approach the feel of a real flight simulator. It was part of Atari's effort to add genre variety to the 7800's final catalog. It's a rarity within the system's library, since flight simulators were a genre rarely explored on home consoles of the era, more associated with personal computers than with desktop cartridges.
