Bakumatsu Roman Daini Maku - Gekka no Kenshi is the Japanese name for Last Blade 2, the sequel to SNK's fighting game set in the final days of feudal Japan, with swords, period aesthetics, and a combat system that won over 2D fans for its measured pace and its two fighting modes. This 'Final Edition' is the definitive version Dreamcast received in Japan, with adjustments over the previous arcade and Neo Geo editions.
It's one of the console's most highly regarded 2D fighting conversions, and it remains today a reference point for anyone looking for classic samurai fighting made with SNK's usual care during those years.
