Bomber Hehhe! is part of that final stretch of the console when the Japanese catalog filled up with modest titles from studios little known outside the country. Its name and theme point toward bomb-and-explosive action, well-trodden ground since the days of Bomberman.
It didn't reach beyond its original market and today is a niche piece for collectors chasing a complete Japanese catalog for the console, rather than a title with an established gameplay reputation.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
