This Japanese title brings hanafuda to the console, the traditional card game with flower-themed decks that has centuries of history in Japan and that, curiously enough, was one of the first products Nintendo ever made, long before it turned to video games. The pitch is straightforward: classic-rules matches against the machine or another player.
It's one of those games that only make sense within the Japanese market, but as a historical curiosity it connects N64 to Nintendo's very origins as a playing-card maker.
