Developed by Capcom within the universe created by Shu Takumi, this spin-off flips the series' usual formula: instead of defending a suspect in court, the player takes on the role of prosecutor Miles Edgeworth and combs the crime scene to reconstruct events, with a "Logic" system that connects clues in real time instead of relying solely on courtroom interrogations.
For Ace Attorney fans it's a key piece: it deepens one of the series' most beloved supporting characters and experiments with a more dynamic investigation structure than the classic courtroom formula. Looking back, it remains one of the most recommendable entries in the DS adventure-game catalog.
