Based on the long-running TV series Aibou (Partners), a hugely popular procedural drama in Japan, this title carries the detective duo and their unhurried investigative method over into a narrative adventure with mysteries to solve. It's aimed squarely at the show's fan base, with original cases built for the touch screen.
Outside Japan it's virtually unknown due to the lack of localization, and its appeal depends largely on knowing the source series. As a curiosity, it's one more example of how many Japanese TV franchises found a natural showcase on the DS.
