Die Grosse Schnitzeljagd ('the great treasure hunt') has Bibi and Tina, the protagonist duo of a German franchise of books, series, and films centered on friendship and horses, solving a series of clues and minigames set on their farm and its surroundings. Like the rest of the brand's DS catalog, it targets directly the young audience that already follows the protagonists outside of videogames; its appeal is tied to that brand loyalty more than to an original gameplay proposal.
