It adapts the universe of 'Claymore,' Norihiro Yagi's manga about human-demon hybrid warriors who hunt Yoma monsters, with action combat that seeks to bring the stylized violence of the original panels to the DS screen.
It only released in Japan, consistent with the series' audience; for followers of the manga and anime it's one of the few forays of the franchise into video games, though it was eclipsed by the popularity of the original material.
