It adapts Disney's popular children's virtual world Club Penguin into a spy adventure for DS, where the player joins the Elite Penguin Force to foil the plans of the polar bear Herbert. It combines exploration, minigames, and puzzle-solving set on the series' snowy island.
It was one of several DS games that sought to capitalize on the enormous user base Club Penguin had online in the late 2000s.
