Sunsoft's second outing with the Bat is an exercise in technical muscle: huge sprites, parallax scrolling, sampled music, and an armed Batman that plays like a run-and-gun. Less acrobatic than its predecessor but visually overwhelming. One of those cartridges that made you wonder if the NES had any limits at all.
