When nobody expected anything from a movie tie-in game, Sunsoft delivered a masterpiece: precise action, a wall jump that opens up the level design, a purple, oppressive Gotham, and a soundtrack that gets covered in concerts to this day. Demanding like few others, it's a required stop in the NES canon.
