0 Story was released exclusively in Japan, at a time when PlayStation 2 saw dozens of minor releases every week that never crossed borders. There's no reliable, verifiable information about its developer or premise, so we'd rather not invent details we can't back up.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
