It follows the Buzz! franchise's standard formula: general-knowledge questions for up to four players with dedicated "buzzer" controllers, presented with the TV-game-show tone that characterizes the entire series.
It's one of the many regional variants Sony released in different markets under the Buzz! umbrella, relevant today mainly to those who collect the full series.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
