Dance Fest has players follow step sequences marked on screen in time with a generic music selection, along the lines of so many dance titles that emerged in the shadow of Dance Dance Revolution's success. It's a low-budget European product without notable music licenses.
Like most of these minor dance games, it fulfills its function as group entertainment without aspiring to compete with the genre's more recognized benchmarks.
