This title revisits the spirit of the original 1981 Defender by Williams Electronics, updating the side-scrolling shooting against waves of alien ships with three-dimensional graphics typical of the PS2 era.
Like almost every classic-arcade revision on the console, it works better as a nostalgic tribute than as a revolutionary gameplay offering.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
