Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem is the video game adaptation of the 2007 film of the same name, which brought the crossover between Fox's two franchises to the big screen. As usually happens with games tied to a movie release, it prioritizes touring recognizable settings from the film over an original gameplay proposal, with third-person action centered on melee and ranged combat.
It didn't try, and didn't manage, to measure up to the games dedicated exclusively to the Alien or Predator franchises, and it stood as one more piece in the cycle of movie tie-in releases that characterized much of PSP's catalog. Today it mostly interests collectors of the license as a curiosity.
