Bakudan-Handan is a Japanese PSP release with scant reliable documentation in Western sources. Judging by its title — which combines the words "bomb" and "judgment" or "decision" — it could be a puzzle game or a game of risk and chance, but without solid sources to confirm it, it's better not to venture further details.
It's part of the huge volume of small titles Japan received exclusively during PSP's lifespan, many of which never received coverage in specialty media outside that country.
