This is a gold-cartridge variant of Game Boy Camera, Nintendo's peripheral that turned the console into a low-resolution digital camera and came bundled with a photo editor and a series of its own minigames. This edition was distributed in the United States in English.
Today it's valued more as a piece of hardware history than as a conventional video game: the photo function is still what makes it memorable, with the minigames as a minor complement to that proposal.
