Cooking Guide - Can't Decide What to Eat? (published in the United States as Personal Trainer: Cooking) is one of the household utility applications Nintendo pushed in the second half of DS's life, with hundreds of step-by-step illustrated recipes and a voice-recognition system that lets you mark each completed instruction without putting down your utensils or getting the screen dirty with your hands.
It was one more demonstration of Nintendo's 'Touch Generations' philosophy: bringing the console to audiences who normally didn't play video games, in this case through everyday cooking, with an interface designed to be used standing up, next to the counter, while following the recipe.
