It closely follows the plot of the 2006 film of the same name, with platforming and exploration levels made for a young audience, backed by the aesthetic and the friendship-and-dance values that characterize the line of Barbie films from those years. It's part of the wave of Barbie console adaptations of the 2000s, almost always aimed at a very specific audience.
It doesn't aim to surprise anyone outside its target: it delivers as an interactive companion to the film for its youngest fans.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
