It's part of the Club Football series, a collection of budget soccer simulators released club by club under official license, designed exclusively for each institution's fanbase -in this case, Celtic of Glasgow- rather than to compete with the genre's big simulators.
It's a niche product, of interest almost exclusively to fans of the club in question who wanted to see their team and stadium recreated, with a production much more modest than FIFA's or Pro Evolution Soccer's.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
