Developed by Griptonite Games under Ubisoft's supervision, Bloodlines follows Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad on a stopover in Cyprus on his way to the Holy Land, facing off against a new branch of the Templars and tying up loose ends that connect directly to the second game in the main series. It keeps the stealth, urban parkour, and crowd assassinations that defined the franchise, adapted to the handheld's controls.
It's one of the few canonical Assassin's Creed entries made exclusively for a handheld, which makes it a genuinely interesting piece for anyone following the series' full timeline. With PSP's own technical limitations, it still delivers the franchise's classic stealth and assassination, with no design compromises.
